Beginner Mat Pilates ( 60 mins - $25 )
-Pilates 6 class mat pass - $125 (good for 3 mo.)
-Pilates 10 class mat pass - $190 (good for 3 mo.)

Get ready to share laughter, encouragement and the thrill of achieving your fitness goals side by side with your friends.

Experience the ultimate in Pilates! Where the hour, the workout, the music…everything is focused on you and creating the best workout for you and your body. You will walk out feeling taller, lighter, stronger, and refreshed. These sessions on the equipment are private and bookable in a single, duo or trio session.
